That's what creating a high-impact sign is all about. And now a sign that gets a great reaction can help you win BIG!

Partner with a small or mid-sized business to create and original creative electric backlit sign using 3M products*. This show it off by uploading on the 3M website at www.3mgraphics.com. Tell how the sign impacted the owners business and You could win $5000. The business owner will also receive $5000 for the cost of their sign.

Entries will be judged on design elements as well as the degree to which signs have helped owners promote their businesses.

Signs entered for consideration must incorporate 3M products. Eligible products include:

3M™ Light Enhancement Film
3M™ Diffuser Film
3M™ Day/ Night Film
3M™ Panaflex™ Flexible Substrate

The winning entry will be selected from 25 finalists. Initial judging of the design will be done by a panel of judges from the Society for Environmental Graphic Design (SEGD). The business component will be judged by a panel appointed from members of the Small Business Administration (SBA).

The sign manufacturer and business owner who submit the winning entry will each receive $5,000. Finalists’ entries will be showcased at the 3M Booth during SGIA '08 in Atlanta and the winner will be announced on October 16.
